PROGRESS
AS AN ELITE COMBAT FITNESS INSTRUCTOR
There
are three distinct levels of Elite Combat
Fitness Certified Instructors. Courses will be
offered progressively for each of the following
levels:
ECF
Elite Trainer (Phase 1): Designed
to give participants the fundamentals of ECF
training methodology, biomechanics, ECF exercises
(including kettlebell), coaching one on one,
coaching couples, training groups, running boot
camps, nutrition advice, marketing tips and
program design.
ECF
Elite Coach (Phase 2): Building
on the elements of Phase 1, Phase 2 is for those
who are ready to advance their knowledge of
training in areas such as nutrition, coaching
techniques, team workouts, ECF exercises, working
with specific groups.
*Prerequisite:
Successful completion of the ECF Elite Trainer
Level.
ECF
MASTER Instructor (Phase 3): To be
eligible for Phase 3, you must successfully
complete the requirements for both Phase 1&2, and
be an ECF Associate. Phase 3 is
EXCLUSIVE
to advanced coaches
who possess elite level conditioning and coaching
skills. Phase 3 will challenge even the toughest
coaches bringing their skill sets and conditioning
to the next level with highly intensive workouts
and coaching drills.
*Prerequisite:
Successful completion of the ECF Coach Level and to
be an ECF Associate.
QUALITY CONTROL ASSURANCE
To
assure that ECF Certified Instructors maintain a
high level of quality in their instruction, you will
be required to pass 4 different components of
testing if you are looking to be a certified Elite
Combat Fitness Instructor. If you are attending an
ECF Instructor course for self-improvement only, you
are not required to take these tests.
The 4
components that you will be tested and graded on for
each Phase are; a teaching exam, a written test, the
technical skill demonstration and the conditioning
circuit.

Do I need to be in shape for the ECF Instructor
Certification course?
We recommend that applicants be in good physical
and mental condition for the ECF course. Once
you've been accepted in the course, we will give
you the tools to the next level and get to the
best shape of your life.
Can
I take the ECF Certified Instructor Course for
Self-Improvement only?
Absolutely! The Elite Combat Fitness Certified
Instructor Course is also open to individuals who want to challenge
themselves physically and mentally while gaining more knowledge on
health and fitness. By registering and participating in the ECF Certification course, you are not required
to become an ECF instructor.
Will
the Elite Combat Fitness DVDs help me for the course?
The ECF DVDs are a great foundation for the ECF
Certified Instructor course. The QUICK FIT SET contains over 6 hours
of content and a full color book with over 240 pages of detailed
photos and text. By watching the DVDs, you will develop a greater
understanding of ECF concepts and training methodology before
starting the course. The ECF Certification courses contain more
comprehensive training and teaching skills where participants will
be exposed in great detail to ECF exercises, concepts, drills and
other system elements not covered on the DVDs.
