These are just some of the benefits of drinking. Liquids such as coffee and tea don’t count as they are diuretics and actually dehydrate you. Instead, drink a minimum of 8-10 glasses of clean and fresh water everyday. This number should increase if you are above your recommended bodyweight or if you exercise a lot.
